DataCC / eSlup™ Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CantonWay Group, LLC, operating DataCC and the eSlup™ service (“DataCC,” “eSlup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit DataCC.com, create or use an eSlup account, communicate with us, or use features available through eSlup.

By using eSlup, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, account information, subscription information, customer-support communications, and information you enter or save while using eSlup.

We may also collect technical information associated with use of the service, such as browser or device information, login and session information, feature usage, error information, and other information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve eSlup.

2. Customer Boards and User-Provided Information

eSlup allows customers to create and use personalized boards and related features. Information associated with those boards may include symbols, watchlists, settings, preferences, board configurations, saved content, and other information the customer chooses to enter or maintain within the service.

Customers are responsible for determining what information they choose to enter into eSlup and should not enter confidential or highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for their intended use of the service.

3. Ask Lúsa™ and Artificial Intelligence

eSlup includes Ask Lúsa™, an artificial-intelligence-assisted feature designed to help users understand and interact with information available through the service.

Information submitted to Ask Lúsa, including prompts, questions, and relevant contextual information, may be processed using third-party artificial intelligence technology and infrastructure as necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Users should not submit passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, confidential financial-account credentials, or other highly sensitive personal information through Ask Lúsa.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Additional terms governing the use of Ask Lúsa and AI-generated information are contained in our Terms of Use.

4. Payment Information

Payments and subscription transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe.

DataCC does not need to receive or store a customer's complete payment-card number in order to provide payment-processing functionality through such providers. Payment processors may collect and process payment and billing information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

We may receive transaction-related information necessary to administer a customer's subscription, such as payment status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, billing dates, and related account information.

5. Market and Third-Party Services

eSlup may obtain, display, analyze, link to, or interact with information and services supplied by third parties, including market-information providers, technology providers, artificial-intelligence providers, and other service providers.

Those third parties may operate under their own privacy policies and terms. DataCC is not responsible for the privacy practices of independently operated third-party websites or services.

6. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through eSlup to provide and maintain the service; authenticate and administer customer accounts; operate customer boards and requested features; process and administer subscriptions; provide Ask Lúsa functionality; respond to customer-support requests; communicate important service or account information; maintain security and prevent misuse; diagnose technical problems; improve eSlup; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use this Privacy Policy to grant ourselves ownership of a customer's personal information.

7. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate eSlup, including providers involved in hosting, payment processing, artificial intelligence, communications, security, and other technical services.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or lawful governmental requests; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; protect the rights, property, or safety of DataCC, our customers, or others; or facilitate a legitimate business transaction involving CantonWay Group, LLC.

DataCC does not sell customers' personal information for money.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

DataCC and service providers used in operating eSlup may use cookies, browser storage, session technologies, or similar mechanisms when reasonably necessary to maintain login sessions, remember settings, provide functionality, maintain security, and understand or improve operation of the service.

The availability and behavior of these technologies may depend upon the customer's browser and device settings.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide eSlup, administer customer accounts and subscriptions, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with applicable legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending upon their purpose and applicable requirements.

Account cancellation or expiration does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record where continued retention is reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or legitimate business purposes.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information associated with eSlup.

No internet-based service, computer system, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should promptly contact DataCC if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

11. Your Choices and Account Information

Customers may have the ability within eSlup to review or modify certain account information and settings.

Customers may also contact DataCC regarding questions or requests concerning their personal information. Certain information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary for security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.

12. Children's Privacy

eSlup is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take reasonable steps to address it.

13. International Use

CantonWay Group, LLC is a United States company. Information used in connection with eSlup may be processed or stored in the United States or in other locations in which our service providers operate, subject to applicable requirements.

Users outside the United States may have privacy rights under laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as eSlup, applicable requirements, or our business practices change.

When the policy is materially revised, we will update the effective date and make the current version available through DataCC/eSlup. Where appropriate or required, we may provide additional notice.

Continued use of the service following an effective change is subject to the then-current Privacy Policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
